What information do you need from me to get started?

A short note is enough — where you'd like to go, rough dates, who's travelling, and anything that's a must-have or must-avoid.

Can you book just a flight?

Yes. No request is too big or too small — from a one-way to a round-the-world.

Do I need to be in Sydney to work with you?

Not at all. Most of my clients I look after by phone and email. The only thing local is the office address — the service travels.

What if something goes wrong while I'm overseas?

You'll have my direct number. One call, one person — not a call centre.

How quickly do you reply?

I reply personally — usually within a day, often within a few hours.

Can you handle group or corporate travel?

Yes — 25+ years of it. Meetings, incentives, conferences and groups from ten to a hundred. Get in touch and I'll walk you through it.
